The Surveillance Knowledge Repository is Open!

 

ISDS is proud to announce the Beta release of the Surveillance Knowledge Repository at surveillancerepository.org!

This tool is a robust searchable database of SyS resources, webinars, reports, white papers, best practices, and more. The Surveillance Knowledge Repository also includes a process for ongoing review and curation of content through user-submitted comments. If you would like to submit a comment on a resource, please register as a user of the Knowledge Repository using the same email account associated with your ISDS Membership account. The Knowledge Repository will be scalable to evolving needs of the community and will the centralization and improved access to past project artifacts and current relevant resources, such as ISDS conference abstracts and weekly Scopus literature reviews.

If you would like to submit feedback on the Knowledge Repository or to suggest a resource to be included, please email Emilie Lamb at elamb@syndromic.org.

The Knowledge Repository is a key component, along with the Discussion Forums in ISDS's Cooperative Agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the implementation of the National Syndromic Surveillance Program.

Initially, the KR may be accessed through this website without need for registration. However, in coming months, only registered Members of ISDS or registered Guests will have access. Membership is open to all persons who pay annual fees. Click to register as a member or guest. All persons interested in accessing the KB may register with ISDS as a guest at no cost and have full access to the content of the KR. Visitors are strongly encouraged to register on the site in order to have access to enhanced features and receive information pertaining to the NSSP and their profession.
