ESSENCE - Set data access to specific levels of aggregation
I put in a ticket with NSSP asking if it was possible to create a data access rule that allows a user to see aggregate state-level data without being able to slice by facility or smaller geographic dimensions. They said it was not, that this is a hot request at the moment, and that they would be working on providing more flexibility in data access rule creation later this year. In the meantime, does anyone out there have useable workarounds for sharing state-level data with users who are not permitted to view more granular aggregation levels?

Static datasets is about all that we've come up with.

You could always set up a data user agreement separately with other jurisdictions if Maine has its own syndromic surveillance system independent of NSSP. Messages could be sent from the other jurisdiction and be ingested directly into Maine's system, say for Maine residents.
