Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) 0 B. Yarnell Hello! I was reading an article this morning about RSV and wanted to check Marion County, Indiana's numbers since we have been seeing quite a bit of ILI symptoms in children. Below is the query I came up with, but I was wondering if anyone had a good query they use? Query: ^J12.1^,or,^J21.0^,or,^B97.4^,or,^J20.5^,or,^Respiratory Syncytial Virus^,or,^RSV^,or,(,^fever^,and,(,^breath^,or,^appetite^,or,^eating^,or,^cou[cg]h^,or,^weezing^,),),or,(,^breath^,and,^cou[gc]h^,) * restricted ages to include 0-3 years old; 65-110 years old; This does exclude a few visits, but with the symptoms it would include too many false positives for 4 - 65 year olds. Thanks! Brittany Yarnell
