In 2018, ISDS added the one-day One Health Symposium which takes place on the day prior to the main conference. In addition to supporting the ISDS conference, organizations who are interested in the intersection of human, animal and environment health may find it beneficial to support the One Health Symposium.

August 24, 2018   Aa supporter of the Annual Conference or the One Health Symposium, ISDS will give you an advertisement in our very popular monthly newsletter as well as options to be included in email messages specific to the conference.The Newsletter has an open rate of over 1500 loyal readers.

Here are the details. For any sponsorship, you will receive one ad in a newsletter. For higher tiers of corporate support, you will earn additional ads, up to a total of three. You will be asked for a png or jpg file of your logo, minimum of 100x100 pixels, plus your message of up to 300 characters which may include two links to your website.

ISDS will also make available meeting rooms for sponsor/exhibitors who wish to have a Sponsor Showcase session. These sessions will run concurrently with the first hour of the two-hour Swap Meet. These sessions are very limited and will be made available on a first-come basis. This is your opportunity to go deeper into product and services demonstrations.

About the Conference, January 29 - February 1, 2019

The International Society for Disease Surveillance convenes an annual conference that provides a crucible for innovation and knowledge exchange among professionals in public health surveillance. Attendees are decision-makers in fields of epidemiology, statistics, informatics, animal health, modeling, and more.

Sponsors may lend their support to a particular event and/or reserve a space in the Exhibit Hall.

ISDS make a special effort to acknowledge our sponsors both at the Conference and throughout the year with prominent acknowledgements at the event as well as on our website for a full year.

When you participate at the ISDS Conference, we design the conference to give you multiple opportunities for engagement, from the exhibits to the swap meet, welcome reception and by attending the conference along side our registrants.

Supporters may exhibit, and select from three levels of support. And, all exhibitors are eligible to gain further exposure through sponsorship of events and activities during the conference.

Special Discounts

If your organization supports the One Health Symposium with a minimum of $2000, you are eligible to select any tier of support for the Annual Conference for half the standard rate. For example, sponsor the Keynote address at the OHS for $2000, then select the Partner level support for the Annual Conference (normally $5000) for $2500 and receive two registrations to the conference along with the added recognition. If you register from the minimum of $2000 in support for the One Health Conference, use the discount code SPONSORHALF at checkout to receive your discount.
